Tai Chi is probably the most effective exercise to improve health and wellbeing. Tai Chi was created based on nature and harmony. The gentle flowing movements contain inner power that strengthens the body and improves mental balance. Scientific studies have shown Tai Chi improves arthritis, heart disease and diabetes. In addition, it improves balance, immunity and reduces stress.
Classes are open to individuals and families
who wish to incorporate Tai Chi into their busy lives. Led by our accredited
instructor, Karen is very skilled at the movements of Tai Chi and is a qualified
'Tai Chi for Kidz' instructor. Our classes are offered at various times to
accommodate lifestyle demands of families, couples and individuals.
