lifestyle programs. Some of our past programs included Healthy Exercise
Lifestyle, Steady on your Feet, Heart Foundation Walking Groups and Living Well

Day and night sessions available
Classes are fun educational and practical
You will learn the most up-to-date techniques for improving diabetic outcomes
Classes are conducted in a private air conditioned room by Kim Gaffney, an experienced Exercise Physiologist and Diabetes Counsellor
Medicare supported program.
